If your area is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you after order placement and issue a refund if required.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Standard delivery timelines: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Free shipping may be offered on select orders (subject to minimum order value, if applicable).
Otherwise, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link shared via email/SMS.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier/logistics partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address/phone number provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.
